Earlier this month, the Virtual Instruments team traveled to Germany for the NetApp Insight conference in Berlin. More than 2,500 IT professionals from around the world attended the event to learn how to harness the power of hybrid cloud, build the next-generation data center and modernize storage management.
We’ve attended several of NetApp’s conferences over the years and are always impressed with the quality of attendees at the NetApp Insight events. For background, NetApp Insight is NetApp’s annual technical conference for storage and data management professionals. During the event, customers, engineers, consultants and partners are given the opportunity learn from industry experts and each other through a variety of technical sessions and self-paced Hands-On Labs.
As a Silver Sponsor and exhibitor, the theme we focused on at the event was guaranteeing NAS and SAN performance, as well as one of our favorite topics, storage infrastructure performance management. To that end, we showcased both our Load DynamiX Enterprise storage performance validation solution and our VirtualWisdom app-centric infrastructure performance monitoring platform. We spoke with more than 250 delegates over the four-day conference and showed them how Virtual Instruments can be deployed to assure performance and availability of business-critical application infrastructure.
If you missed us at this year’s NetApp Insight conferences, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for information about next year’s conferences – the U.S. version is taking place in Las Vegas from October 22-25, 2018, and the European edition is taking place December 3-6, 2018 in Barcelona. We’re excited to continue to educate the industry on the importance of storage infrastructure performance management, and how our app-centric IPM approach is simplifying IT infrastructure management and assuring the highest availability and performance of mission-critical applications for the world’s most demanding customers.
