We’re pleased to share that Virtual Instruments has been positioned as the “Value Leader” and the vendor with the “Best Predictive Analytics” capabilities in Enterprise Management Associates’ (EMA’s) 2017 Radar Report on Storage Intelligence. EMA stated that it was “very impressed” with our vision for enabling dynamic workload placements and recommendations based on application performance requirements, and customers interviewed by EMA for the report touted Virtual Instruments’ ease of deployment and exceptional customer service.
The EMA Radar Report delivers an in-depth analysis of industry-leading vendors and vendor products, including their overall market position in comparison with other vendors. Leading storage intelligence vendors were evaluated based on criteria such as architecture and integration; deployment and administration; and cost advantage. The report revealed that our products offer the most comprehensive array of analytics capabilities of all the other platforms evaluated.
EMA also recognized Virtual Instruments for our strong machine-learning capabilities, including descriptive, prescriptive, diagnostic and – most notably – predictive analytics. The use of our predictive analytics takes storage intelligence to the next level, taking the guesswork out of architecting storage ecosystems and enabling the use of automation to dynamically place workloads.
These prestigious industry awards underscore our commitment to helping customers optimize their server, network and storage infrastructure investments. In fact, in order to be recognized in this report, vendors must display leadership through both their storage intelligence products and a strong commitment to servicing their customers. We are highly invested in our customers and pride ourselves on listening to their needs and making sure our products efficiently address their pain points – and this is one of the primary reasons that we regularly hold customer advisory board meetings.
We are honored to be recognized in this report, and could not be more pleased that our customers are finding value in both our technical offerings and support services. To learn more about EMA’s 2017 Radar Report on Storage Intelligence and our placement in it, check out our recent press release.
